    What is the SFHS team all about?   
    The SFHS Gymnastics Team exists to provide a structured, team-oriented environment for South Forsyth High School gymnasts to develop gymnastics skills, compete, maximize their potential, and learn the value of working with others toward a common goal while making friends and growing in school spirit.
