The USA Biology Olympiad (USABO) is a national competition sponsored by the Center for Excellence in Education. Students will prepare throughout the year to take the multiple-choice Open Exam in February, the first of three challenging rounds in the competition. The top 4 finalists in the nation will have the opportunity to compete in the International Biology Olympiad, representing team USA. For more information, go to http://www.usabo-trc.org

We had our first meeting Wed 9/4/24 after school. We might meet around once a month, generally after school. Feel free to email Mr. Bleier (kbleier54@forsyth.k12.ga.us) and he will put you in contact with student leaders for that information and the GroupMe that we generally use to communicate meeting times.

Typically we work from August until the Open Exam, which is typically administered in mid-February. We will register and create accounts as a school through the club.
