Meet our FCHS Wellness Coach:

Our Wellness Coach, Ms. Karen Cole, offers a variety of relaxation sessions for staff and students in the Wellness Center.  She has 20 plus years of experience as a teacher and coach at Forsyth Central High School and can often be found mentoring students one on one, leading relaxation sessions with classes, and hosting staff and students in the Well.  Check out the FCHS Wellness Center in it's first feature with Forsyth County News.
