Important Dates 

• SPRING 2025

• • Spring Final Exams: May 3-9, 2025

• SUMMER 2025

  • Registration opens: March 1, 2025

  • Last day for Summer Registration: June 5, 2025

• FALL 2025

  • Registration opens: March 15, 2025

  • Last day for Fall Registration: August 28, 2025

• SPRING 2026

  • Registration opens: March 15, 2025

  • Last day for Spring Registration: January 29, 2026

Please follow the following steps for ALL GAVS COURSES

1. 1. SUMMER REQUESTS: Complete the GAVS Summer Request Form (Click here)

   2. FALL/SPRING REQUESTS: Complete the Forsyth County Schools (FCS) Online Course Application - Infinite Campus

   3. Create a GA Virtual School student account (GA Virtual Register Account)

   4. Search for the course(s) needed and add to GA Virtual "backpack" 

• Key points to remember

  • • GA Virtual A courses: 1st semester of the course (Fall)

    • GA Virtual B courses: 2nd semester of the course (Spring)

    • Please register for BOTH courses to register for a GA Virtual Course

    • GA Virtual Courses will only be approved after the FCS Online Course Application (Infinite Campus) has been completed.

    • You must complete a separate Spring FCS Online Course Application for part B.
