Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the start of the 22/23 school year!  Please make sure you log into your Parent Portal account to sign FCS required permission forms.  If you have multiple students attending FCS, you will need to sign a set of forms for each student.  Only 1 parent/guardian needs to sign the forms.  The due date for these forms is the end of August.
