I have forgotten my Parent Portal username and/or password how can I obtain?
FCS Employees: Employees login with their network username/password. Please contact the Instructional Technology Specialist at your school for assistance.
Parent/Legal Guardians: If you are locked out of your account or cannot remember your Parent Portal username and/or password, please contact your child's school or go to your child’s school with a valid picture ID. Your child's school will assist you with a temporary password. Upon login, you will be directed to create a permanent password.
If you are unable to go to your child’s school, you may come to the Student Information Systems Department located at 1140 Dahlonega Hwy Cumming, GA 30040 with a valid photo id for assistance. The Student Information Systems Department hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm (closed for lunch 12pm-1:30pm daily; appointments are not needed).
