Parent/Legal Guardian Photo Identification
As listed on the Registration Requirements page, only a biological, foster, or adoptive parent, or one with temporary guardianship may register a student. Only one person is required to register the student and must provide a valid and current photo identification.
Acceptable forms of identification (not expired) are:
- State issued drivers license
- State issued photo identification card
- US Military ID
- US or international passport
Common problems that cause a delayed registration:
- Person registering does not show up with photo identification
- Photo ID has expired
- Person registering is a step-parent with no legal documents stating guardianship
