Chorus is offered to all grades at VCMS. No audition is necessary, anyone can join whether you've been in a chorus or not! 

Students involved in chorus learn how to read music, how to sing properly, performance etiquette, and most importantly how to work as a team toward a common goal.  During the course of the school year, all chorus students will perform in a Fall Concert, Holiday Concert, Spring Concert, and Large Group Performance Evaluation where they are rated on how well they meet standards for choral music in performance and sight reading.

A number of students will also participate in Forsyth County Honor Chorus, District Honor Chorus, and All-State Chorus. Some of our small ensembles will sing for special events upon request.
