The big yellow school bus only services child care facilities within the Big Creek district lines.  There may be facilities that we do not have a working relationship with yet so please inquire before proceeding.  Fax forms to 678-965-5011.

Prior to riding the yellow bus to a daycare facility please complete a Bus Stop Change Request Form for Childcare Reasons, allow 3 days to process this request.  This Childcare Facility Transportation Request form is also used for child care within someone's home.

If you are using a childcare facility that is outside of the Big Creek attendance lines you do not need to contact transportation for paperwork.  Those arrangements need to take place between you and your child's teacher.
