Dual Enrollment Check List
- Review the Forsyth County Dual Enrollment Presentation
- Review Dual Enrollment Admission Requirements:
- Apply to your college of interest:
- Request an official transcript to be sent to the college:
- Send transcript electronically via Parchment
- Send Official Test Scores to College:
- Meet with Mrs. Mason to complete your student advisement plan once you are accepted:
- Individual Counselor Appointment Requests
- Have your parent complete the Dual Enrollment Consent Form in Parent Portal. Directions can be found here. Consent Form Instructions
- Complete all requirements as listed on the college admissions website by the FCS deadline of April 25th, 2025.
- Check email for updates from colleges regarding possible acceptance and advisement information.
- Once accepted, please let your school counselor know. You will select your DE courses with your college academic advisor.
- You also need to complete the GAFutures Funding Application. Directions for that can be found here.

All students hoping to participate in dual enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will be expected to attend a Dual Enrollment Meeting at the FoCAL Center on January 28th, 2025. Two sessions will be held between 5:00PM/7:00PM.
Interested students should review the materials above before scheduling a meeting with their assigned counselor.
