My One-Pager:

The One Pager provides students with a template that guides them through the process of speaking to others about his/her preferences in a variety of settings and to identify and share his/her learning styles and needs. With each year, the one-pager gradually builds into the awareness of IEP goals and accommodations.  Components of the One Pager can be used to share with the IEP team. See skills chart for the progression of skills that may be acquired.
