  • Hi, my name is Brooke and I’m a sophomore at NFHS. As a student, I experience plenty of stressful situations, so I enjoy exploring new solutions and strategies to cope with that stress. Whether it’s an athletic activity to increase productivity or an artistic activity to soothe and relax, there are countless ways to relieve stress. “Finding Balance With Brooke” is a collection of different stress relieving strategies and activities that are proven to physically and mentally help us relax. I personally believe that stress takes over a huge portion of our lives and brings us negativity. This is why it’s essential to find ways to escape that overwhelming stress. As students, it is especially important to make time to relieve stress. Below are some activities and coping strategies that are a great way to make our lives a little more calming!
