The organization offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life-planning, goal setting, and problem solving. Members have the opportunity to participate in a variety of field trips, community service activities and competitions.Mission- Promote personal growth and leadership development
- Focusing on family and community leadership
- Members develop skills for life through: character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.
Competition- Wide variety of competitive events to choose from
- Regional, State, and National levels of competition
