Troubleshooting
Common Problems and Solutions:
- I don't remember my College Board username and/or password.
- There is a link to recover usernames and passwords on the College Board's website. The links are below the sign on boxes. Do not create another account - this will cause score report matching issues.
- My account is not showing my PSAT scores.
- It is likely that you need to update your student information. Log in to your College Board account and update your personal information.
- I tried to use the Matching Tool, but still can't access my online score report.
- If you have attempted to use the matching tool too many times without success, it has likely timed out. Wait an hour before you try again. If you provided your email address on your PSAT answer document, then you should've received your personalized access code from College Board. You might also need to try your student ID (South student number) without the zero on the beginning. If you are still getting an unsuccessful match, please call College Board's student help line 1-866-433-7728.
- I need the access code.
- If you provided your email address on your PSAT answer document, then you should've already received your personalized access code from College Board. If you did not provide your email address, please call College Board's student help line 1-866-433-7728.
