Welcome to the Piney Grove Middle School Art Page!
Although I am new to Piney, I have been teaching Art for 17 years! Art classes are offered on a quarterly basis. We learn about a variety of Artists and cultures, explore the elements of Art and principles of design and use a variety of media/techniques to create. Projects and activities are designed to encourage student creativity and critical thinking skills, foster collaborative participation and develop student's communication skills through writing and talking about art.
