The big yellow school bus only services child care facilities within the Chestatee attendance lines.  There may be facilities that we do not have a working relationship with yet, so please inquire before proceeding.

If you need child care at someone's home, please use the form linked below.

Students are permitted two bus stops, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, but the morning/afternoon stops are the same, 5 days a week.  When changing a bus stop to a childcare provider's address, this becomes their permanent bus stop.  The student will not be authorized to ride the bus to their home stop.

Prior to riding the yellow bus to a daycare facility, please complete the Registration for Student Transportation to a Childcare Facility, allow 3 days to process this request.  Registration for Student Transportation to a Childcare Facility

If you are using a childcare facility that is outside of the Chestatee attendance lines, you do not need to contact transportation for paperwork.  Those arrangements need to take place between you and your child's teacher.
