As part of our PBIS work, we have implemented an acknowledgment system that allows us to recognize and reinforce positive behaviors in our students. This is done through the use of a token that we call "GRIT Coin." Staff members use digital Gritcoins through the PBIS Rewards App on Classlink to reward students when they see them displaying Generosity, Responsibility, Integrity, or Teamwork throughout the building. 

Although students earn individual Gritcoins, we do love to keep track of our schoolwide total of our GRIT!
