Watch DOGS start their day bright and early at 7:00 am! We meet in the VCE lobby and get ready to greet our VCE students by assisting with the car line. After the car line, we prep you for the bright lights of the VCE News Room where you and your child(ren) get to address your new 1000+ fans. After the news room your adventure into the academics begins. Your journey will include helping in PE, possibly hanging out at recess, and working with your own students in their grade level. Around mid-day, you will join your child(ren) for lunch and help monitor in the lunchroom. Please plan on a full day of activities from 7:00 am-1:00 pm. We want to thank all of our Watch DOGS!

WATCH D.O.G.S.® is the father involvement initiative of the National Center For Fathering. Inspired by one father's desire to increase male involvement in his children's school and with the help of the schools teachers and administration, WATCH D.O.G.S was created in 1998 at George Elementary in Springdale, AR. Since then, the program has spread to other schools across the Nation including Forsyth County Schools. Click on this link for a overview of the WATCH D.O.G.S. Program or go to www.fathers.com/watchdogs to learn more.Questions? Contact parent volunteer Anna Harrison at ams.harrison1@gmail.com
