    July 28th is our time trial to qualify for the team. 

    August 2nd is our time Trial at Windermere Park to decide Varsity, JV and open for the first meet.

    Summer 2025 Conditioning Schedule:
    There are two GHSA dead weeks this summer:
    (athletes and coaches are not allowed to meet during these times)
    May 26th - May 30th
    July 1st - July 4th
     
    Summer conditioning schedule beginning Monday June 3rd:
     
    Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Time 6:30-8:00
       
     
    Tuesday/Thursday: Senior Lead Practices 
     
    Mondays- Fowler Park
    Wednesdays- Chattahoochee park
    Fridays- Fowler Park
     
    Camp week July7th-11th. The schedule is different and you will have had to pay in order to attend the camp. 
        
     
    July 28th starts mandatory practices.
     
    July 28th is also the last day to be able to join the team.
     
     
     
     

    Practice Schedule:
    August:
    Monday-Thursday: 6-7:30am
    Friday: 4:00-5:30 pm (If there is no pasta dinner on Friday then practice will be in the morning like normal).
     
    September:
    Monday-Thursday: 6-7:30am
    Friday: 4:00-5:30 pm (If there is no pasta dinner on Friday then practice will be in the morning like normal).
     
    October: 
    Monday and Wednesday: 6:00-7:30 am
    Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 4:00-5:30 pm
     
    All practices are subject to change depending on weather and other school activities.
