FCS Pathway Medallions

What are the steps to apply?

1. Students must print the appropriate form(s) below and complete all sections except the GPA verification box. 
2. Once you have all of the other sections of the form completed, turn your form in to the Counseling Office to Mrs. McKinzie by April 15, 2025.
3. Counselors will then verify GPA and sign-off on that portion at that time. 

Who is eligible?

SENIOR students are eligible to earn a medallion to be worn at graduation.

What are the requirements?

Students should refer to the requirements listed on each form linked below. There are different requirements for each Pathway, so be sure to reference the correct form! 

What if I qualify for a medallion in multiple areas?

If a student qualifies for a medallion in multiple areas, they will receive a PIN for each additional pathway. Students will only receive 1 medallion. 

When will I receive my medallion/pin(s)?

If your form is submitted by April 15, 2025 and approved, you will receive your medallion/pin(s) at Graduation Practice on May 9, 2025.
